Plan the arrival time, then work backward

Start with the time your photographer or coordinator wants everyone at the ceremony—not the ceremony start time. Add time for loading, the drive, unloading, and getting inside. Share the draft with your coordinator before confirming pickups.

List each movement separately: getting-ready location to ceremony, ceremony to photos, photos to reception, and the final departure. Decide who needs a ride on each leg. The same people may not be traveling together all day.

Which wedding vehicle should you book?

The Classic Stretch / Chrysler 300 seats up to 8 passengers and has a four-hour minimum. The SUV Stretch seats up to 12 and has a six-hour minimum. Both are BYOB; champagne and other beverages are not included.

A Sprinter seats up to 14 and can suit a wedding party traveling together. A sedan or luxury SUV can be a separate option for the couple. Compare the fleet and share any dress, mobility, or luggage considerations before choosing.

Do not count children as “extra” passengers or assume a large dress will fit comfortably into an already full vehicle. Give us the actual headcount and explain any child-seat requirements.

Check access with the venue

Ask your venue where the vehicle can load, wait, and turn around. This matters at ranch properties, narrow driveways, and downtown hotels. Send the exact entrance or loading point rather than only the venue's mailing address.

For photos at another location, confirm permission and legal stopping arrangements. A scenic location is not automatically a safe place for a stretch limousine to wait.

What belongs in the written booking?

• Vehicle category, passenger count, booked hours, and minimum charge.
• Every pickup, photo stop, and destination.
• Overtime, waiting, parking, toll, and gratuity terms.
• Deposit, cancellation, and change policies.
• A contact person who can coordinate with the chauffeur on the day.

Classic Stretch pricing starts at $195 per hour and SUV Stretch pricing at $275 per hour. Ask for a complete itinerary-based quote; an advertised hourly rate alone is not your wedding transportation total.

Keep the final departure on the schedule

Decide who will take gifts, overnight bags, and decorations. Do not assume they can all travel in the couple's vehicle. If you want an earlier departure for relatives or a later guest shuttle, book those movements explicitly.

Send one final itinerary to the transport contact and coordinator. Flag changes to addresses, headcounts, and timing rather than leaving them in separate text threads.
