Quote requests submitted through our website are not confirmed reservations. A booking is confirmed only after we contact you and agree on the details, pricing, and availability of your trip.

Pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting estimates and may vary based on date, duration, vehicle, distance, and special requests. Final pricing will be confirmed before your reservation is booked.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel more than 24 hours before your service is scheduled to begin.

Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can discuss available options.

Passenger Conduct

For the safety of all passengers and our chauffeurs, we ask that you travel responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse or end service in cases of unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, Apex Limo is not liable for delays or events beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
